Cotempo developed a stunning nine-unit boutique residence in the heart of downtown New York. Collaborating closely with the architect, Cotempo ensured the preservation of unique features to seamlessly integrate this innovative boutique living concept. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with a kitchenette and interconnecting rooms to enhance comfort and convenience for families.

To meet building codes and enhance accessibility, Cotempo constructed a new emergency staircase and installed a modern elevator, all while maintaining uninterrupted operations on the ground floor. This project exemplifies Cotempo’s commitment to quality and attention to detail.
