Cotempo built this beautiful nine-unit boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Montreal on Ste. Catherine Street. In collaboration with the architect, Cotempo aimed to maintain many unique features to help incorporate this new boutique hotel concept. All units have a kitchenette and connecting rooms to make family stays more comfortable and enjoyable. To comply with the code and facilitate access to the hotel, Cotempo built a new emergency staircase and a new elevator in this project, all without disrupting operations on the ground floor.
